1. General provisions

These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the service provider RE-SPORT d.o.o., Ulica Vojke Šmuc 19, 6000 Koper - Capodistria (hereinafter: the operator or Vila Molet) and users or guests who book accommodation or services via the website or direct contacts.

3. Reservations and payment terms

  • Reservation procedure: You can make a reservation via the online reservation system on our website, by email or by phone.

  • Payment methods: We accept payments by credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cash payments.

  • Reservation confirmation: The reservation is valid and confirmed after receiving a written confirmation from the operator and paying the required amount or advance payment.

  • Long-term stays: For reservations longer than 7 nights, we prepare an individual offer. Please send your questions to: vilamolet@gmail.com.


4. Included services and parking

The price of your stay includes:

  • Free Wi-Fi, use of air conditioning, bed linen, towels, toilet paper and satellite TV.

  • Private bathroom with hairdryer.

  • Small kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster).

  • Parking: Each apartment has one free parking space in a private parking lot, which is approximately 400 meters away from Vila Molet (yellow marked spaces next to the Vila Molet sign).


5. Additional services

At the request of guests, we can organize transport by private vehicle to/from the airport or train station by prior arrangement and subject to availability. The service is charged according to the valid price list or surcharge.

6. Cancellation conditions

  • The guest has the right to cancel the reservation under the following conditions:

  • Up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival: Refund of 100% of the total amount of the reservation paid.

  • From 29 to 15 days before the scheduled arrival: Refund of 50% of the total amount of the reservation paid.

  • Less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival or no-show: The paid amount is not refunded.

We collect and process personal data exclusively for lawful purposes:

Making a reservation and stay: Name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, payment information and data for registering guests in official registers (AJPES/eTourism).

Communication: Responding to your inquiries regarding accommodation and additional services.

Improving the user experience: Data on the use of the website through analytical tools (with your explicit consent).

3. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of:

  • Fulfilling contractual obligations (reservation and stay).

  • Legal obligations (keeping guest records and issuing invoices under tax legislation).

  • Legitimate interest or explicit consent of the individual (use of cookies).

For the smooth operation of the website and services, we use verified external providers:

Reservation system / PMS: For managing and confirming reservations.

Google Analytics: For website visit analytics (with a replaced/anonymized IP address).

Meta Pixel: For measuring advertising effectiveness and adapting content.

Google Maps: For displaying interactive maps and the location of the facility.

5. Retention and rights of the individual

We only store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose or in accordance with legally specified deadlines (e.g. accounting data 10 years).
