Villa Molet Koper is situated on the Slovenian coast, in the unique and peaceful Molet–Žusterna area of Koper, just a few steps from the sea. Guests can also swim right by the villa.
It is ideal for families, couples and business guests looking for a relaxing break by the sea, with wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding hills.
Right next to the accommodation run the coastal promenade and the popular Parenzana cycle route, which connects Koper, Izola and Piran.
In the immediate vicinity are Žusterna beach, a bar, a pizzeria and a bus stop.
Villa Molet offers the perfect combination of peace, nature and an excellent location for a family break, a romantic holiday or a business stay by the sea.
The Story of Molet
Molet is one of the most recognisable coastal spots in Žusterna. The name derives from the Italian word ‘moletto’, meaning a small jetty. It was built during the Italian administration to moor the locals’ fishing boats, and the entire area was named after it – a name the locals still use with pride today.
Right next to Villa Molet, the famous Parenzana once ran – a narrow-gauge railway that connected Trieste and Poreč between 1902 and 1935. Today, its route has been transformed into one of the most beautiful cycling and walking trails in Istria, offering visitors stunning sea views and revealing the rich natural and cultural heritage of Slovenian Istria.
A stay at Villa Molet is therefore not just a seaside holiday, but also an opportunity to experience a place with a rich history, authentic Istrian character and traditions that the locals still carefully preserve to this day.

Cancellation Policy and Guarantee
We realise that plans can sometimes change, which is why we offer transparent and clear cancellation terms that give you complete control over your booking:

Up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival: Completely risk-free. A 100% refund of the total amount paid for the booking.

Between 29 and 15 days before your scheduled arrival: Partially flexible. 50% refund of the total amount paid for the booking.

Less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival: In the event of cancellation during this period or in the event of a no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

For your comfort, the price of your stay includes:

Free parking is available for guests at Villa Molet.

Each apartment is allocated one free parking space in a private car park, located approximately 400 metres from Villa Molet.

Guest parking spaces are marked in yellow and are situated next to the Villa Molet sign.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Pets are not allowed.

We do not host stag parties, hen parties or similar events at Villa Molet.

Only registered guests are permitted at Villa Molet.

Visitors or additional guests are permitted only with the prior consent of the owner of Villa Molet.

Guests must observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00 and ensure peace and respect for other guests and the surrounding area.
