Villa Molet is situated in Žusterna, just a few steps from the sea. Direct access to the shore means you can start your day with a swim, a spot of stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking, and enjoy a leisurely exploration of Koper Bay.

Molet Pier

Just a few metres from the villa, you’ll find the popular Molet Pier, ideal for a morning swim, refreshing dips in the sea or exploring the underwater world with a mask and snorkel.

Žusterna Beach

The well-maintained Žusterna Beach is an excellent choice for families with children. It offers a gentle slope into the sea, children’s play equipment, food and drink facilities, and plenty of opportunities to spend a relaxing day by the sea.

SUP and kayaking

The calm Gulf of Koper is an excellent choice for SUP or kayaking. Equipment hire is available nearby, and we also provide secure storage for guests’ own SUPs and kayaks.
